This map shows Transition facilitators who have added their locations to their personal profiles. So it's not all of the facilitators. The full list of facilitators (some who aren't on this map) is listed in the facilitators directory.

If you are a Transition facilitator and want to add yourself to the Facilitator's Directory, simply create a new profile or edit your existing profile, not forgetting your location.
