What do you do?

I am a board member for the Transition Network, with a particular interest in connecting grassroots networks.

What do you find most surprising or delightful about working in the field of Transition?

I am a great believer in the power of empathy, and the initiatives and shared ideas which give people all across the world the permission to express it. Transition is a word which does just that, and offers a common language to talk about and act upon the things we have in common.
