Training survey: the results

Transition Training conducted a survey to assess the impact of the Transition training in May 2011. The survey had a great reply ratio and got a lot of invaluable feedback. Thank you all for completing it! This is a high level review of the results.

In October 2007 the Transition Network training team launched a two-day course, Training for Transition aimed at helping new transition initiatives to create dynamic and effective projects. This course has proved to be highly effective at helping Transition Initiatives around the world, and in many different circumstances.

As some people are put off taking the transition training course by the cost and need to travel to London or further for 2 days, we have been talking to the Midcounties Coop about getting funds for running a course in Haddenham.  The Midcounties is very interested in transition and has supported a number of initiatives in various ways.  We expect there to be a number of places on the

Successful Transition Training, & What's Next

Thirty people attended a Training for Transition in our rural western Maine community last weekend.  Nineteen attendees live in the Oxford Hills, three others live just outside the Oxford Hills and identify strongly with the area.  Eight people live elsewhere in Maine, and are looking forward to supporting or beginning Transition efforts in their communities.  Ma
