This 72 hour course will cover all the core permaculture topics – zones, ethics, trees, water, observation techniques, maps, design principles, organic growing, spirals of erosion, community, local money, the design process, practicals etc...
There are 2 great site visits planned as well.
Everyone will also complete a design project in groups.

Community Energy has a key role to play in the UK’s future energy mix.  We are told that it brings people together, reduces bills, and helps for the environment.  Many organisations are working to make it easier for communities to set up their own schemes, but very little is known about the level of interest in this type of energy.

Originally from the Canadian prairies, I now live in Victoria, a small flowered city with West Coast consciousness and green thinking. I sometimes forget there is a whole world out there that still needs to be brought on board the new paradigm of Oneness with All, but our old world seems to be crashing around us, and we are being forced to make better choices for our communities and our planet. I love meeting people from around the world who are doing things, as small as planting their own garden and saving seeds, as large as starting You Tube peace and love revolutions!
