 We have been hosting a series of re-skilling workshops on canning and preserving food, keeping poultry, keeping goats, sharpening tools, health care in the transition, home composting, and unplugging with children.

Sam is an environmental consultant and active member of the Transition Movement. Based in Leicestershire, she tries to work as close to home as possible. Previously Sam worked as an ISO 14001 certifier with Bureau Veritas, mainly in North Asia and Eastern Europe. She wsa also responsible for developing BV's range of training courses for environmental certification auditors in the mid-1990s and delivered this training world wide. Her former clients include Samsung Electronics and Goodyear.
