I am the owner of Maude's Market in St. Louis, Missouri. The store hosts a combined Community Supported Agriculture (cCSA) that provides a year-round weekly share of local products including fresh produce, pasture-raised meat, wholesome staples, and tempting treats. We are also open for regular retail.
Biodynamic Farming and Growing is the oldest organic farming system, but still not widely around. My background in Journalism/Communications helped me to start a blog bringing as much information about biodynamic farming and other innovative farming projects together. With one aim to share and raise awareness and bring some fact to the myths.
With the help of organic farming experts, community leaders and volunteers, we help start-up small vegetable gardens in village homes, provide seeds and permaculture training to local people which enables them to grow their own organic veg and fruits in their own premises.
Hailing from Llandeilo in Wales (TL2) Bonnie is the Soil Association's project manager for their Community Supported Agriculture work (part of the Making Local Food Work partnership). She also works on Organic Buying Groups and has a specific remit for helping CSAs and OBGs in Bristol and London.
We have been hosting a series of re-skilling workshops on canning and preserving food, keeping poultry, keeping goats, sharpening tools, health care in the transition, home composting, and unplugging with children.
