After spending 25 years working in the manufacturing (largely enjoyable) world I took the opportunity to join my wife in our Lean Business Improvement Consultancy, based in Belper, Derbyshire. Throughout my working life in engineering and operations management I have always been drawn to the challenge of reducing waste and in particular resource efficiency.

I am a senior Architect specialising in Low and Zero Carbon buildings primarily within the Residential and Educational sectors. One area of particular interest is the reuse of land and buildings, often involving reclamation and refurbishment of buildings to achieve standards well in access of current stautory levels.
