Currently co-owner/operator of a small pie shop; "Sweetie Pies" in a rural/tourist oriented peninsula in Wisconsin, USA.  Fish Creek is a beautiful but fragile little town. Karst limestone geology makes our water supply insecure and "condos" are continually threatening the rural atmosphere and natural beauty which we rely on for most businesses to thrive.
