Further details

A community cooperative of over 100 people growing vegetables in a field on Highbridge Farm just north of Allbrook, Eastleigh. After years of waiting for more allotments to be created by Eastleigh Borough Council a group of Eastleigh Transition Network members have created a community farm on a 1.7 acre field on Highbridge Farm, owned by Mr Henry Russell.

Members are actively keen on growing their own vegetables. We ask for 10 hours commitment per month working in teams of 10 stakeholders. Each team grows about 3 types of crops at any one time. All stakeholders can purchase all the crops grown at very low prices.

The farm is looking for people who are actively keen on maintaining an allotment. If you are interested, please contact Andrew Ross Highbridgefarmcp@gmail.com.
