Ballona LETSystem
Project Aim
The Environmental Change-Makers (muller group) in the Westchester neighborhood of Los Angeles has started a LETSystem for local bartering and community-based finances.
The Ballona LETS is for the Los Angeles neighborhoods of Westchester, del Rey, and Inglewood.
