Project Aim

The purpose of the festival is to develop the skills we need to build resilient communities, learn from each other, strengthen links between generations, and form networks.

The inaugural Adelaide Reskilling Festival will happen on Saturday April 16, 2011 at Glandore Community Centre and community garden, Naldera St Glandore.  Reskilling activities can include foraging, growing, preserving and storing our food, repairing, building and making things, communication skills, games, playing music, design, community organising, crafts and lots more.  The festival will also include clothes swap, seed swap, produce swap, recipe sharing and shared lunch.
