Lesley Ford-Platt

Had a career in University Administration before retirement.   Spent many years as a volunteer press and development officer with a local charity (River Stour Trust), raising millions for its projects, also worked as Development Officer (part-time) for Gainsborough's House Museum and Gallery and the Green Light Trust.   Am currently a Sudbury Town Councillor (in my ninth year of service and have served as Town Mayor).  I am also Chairman of the Sudbury Market Town Partnership and currently leading Transition Sudbury and District, as well as being Chairman of Governors of a local primary school.
