About
We are the 'seed' transition group for the island of Oahu, Hawaii. We are a small group covering a large geographic area (Oahu is not a small island), so we fully expect that neighborhood transition groups may spring out of this one as we go.
Our focus so far has been on monthly film screenings and 'play-days' where we've had food related workshops. We expect these areas of interest to broaden in the near future.
There is particular interest in starting up a local currency in the community.
