About
Transition KW has been building a community of like-minded folks, especially through a monthly potluck. We are now embarked on a series of community oriented events, with the support of the Mayor of Waterloo, under the heading "Mayor's Forum Series on Resilient Communities".
Approximate poulation of conurbation: 400,000. But we grow lots of food in the hinterland, and have a very large Mennonite community nearby with skills worth knowing, and with lots of well bred horses...
