About
Greyton Transition Town is up and running. We are having an official launch event in April 2012 and our first AGM will take place end January 2012. We have 42 members and a programme of regular events including a monthly night market, weekly vegetable exchange table, twice monthly gardening huddle, awaydays to other projects, the beginnings of a Community Exchange System, a Transition blackboard advertising lifts and stuff. Projects being planned include working with our dumpsite to create a parkland with composting and recycling, Incredible Edible Greyton and an airmiles forest.
