Firstly we showed two short films about ‘food miles’ and ‘waste’. We throw away an incredible THIRD of what we buy, that’s 6.7 million tonnes a year! On Sunday 19th Feb after a frosty start we had an excellent morning preparing the planters for the spring veg by adding manure and planting out colourful primulas.
