newly funded research: the emergence of the transition movement in Canada
dear transition colleagues,
I'm very pleased to report that our proposal to study, document and learn from the emergence of the Transition Movement in Canada was recently funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC). We have a stellar team assembled for this purpose and are very excited to be engaged in this work. Our intention is for this to go beyond research on the movement to also be research with and for the movement. A desription of the team and proposed research is attached. We welcome expressions of interest, queries, and links to other transition researchers.

Hi Blake, thanks for posting about the project and congratulations! Looking forward to hearing what comes out the project.
I'm one of the coordinators of the newly formed Transition Research Network - would be great to add you to our mailing list and/or discussion list. We also have a new twitter account where we will be sharing new research and tweeting about our events - follow us at @TransitionRN if interested.
