Hello,

In "In Transition 2.0", we can see a meeting of neighbours in Totnes. In this meeting, someone explains to other people many ideas for starting the transition and saving money in the same time.

Does someone know if we can find this list somewhere in order to start a transition movement in my own town ?

Or maybe this kind of list can be found online ?

Mathieu, there are loads of ideas in the latest book "Transition Companion" and also in the programme "Transition Streets". Hope that's helpful.

And since you're in France, it's worth you checking out the "Villes en Transition" website too.

Ben.

Hi Mathieu,

I wanted to reply on your post on ideas for transition initiatives. I have been thinking about starting some initiative. But I don't know what. I live in Thailand near Bangkok but I'm thinking of setting up something near Chiang Mai. The trouble is that I don't want to compete with existing local business but want to contribute. In one way local business is very active, on the other hand people are not aware here of transition concepts. Any suggestion what to start?

Thanks,
