ideas wanted for a spring / summer transition village fair

Hello there,

We are a small village in France starting out on transition. As a part of the project team for a transition fair next spring or summer I would like to ask for do-able ideas you may have, perhaps from a festival / fair you have already been part of please?  

We will have a children's area, recycling bins, local food producers, musicians. Any great ideas in the transition spirit will be very much appreciated!
