What happened to the Research forum?  It's mentioned on http://www.transitionnetwork.org/support/researchers, but there's no link.

Oh I see, it's still here (http://transitiontowns.org/forum/forum/transitiongroup-research), but doesn't appear to be used.  Are there any plans for it?

Hi Clare,

the old forums are still there, but we're not focusing on them now - kind of winding them down - and moving here gradually.

there were plans afoot from some conference attendees to re-kick-off the research forums and I was waiting to hear back from about setting the research forum up... I suggested we start a thread in 'general' and see what attention it got and then launch a whole forum if it looked useful...

I'm not sure what you mean by 'preview replies to posts but not the original post' can you be a bit more specific?
