Monthly public meeting planning and Events Slip

We no longer have the xls events tracker - it was too clumsy.

Instead the Events Slip is attached here for confirmed events and proposed events are detailed below. 

We plan to publicise meetings in Haddenham Village News and at the same time update the events slip.  This events slip will be 1/3 A4 size to fit into the 2 fold brochure we have.
