How to set up a community Energy Workshop - OVESCO

The theme of the workshop: Community energy companies are one of the most exciting innovations emerging through Transition initiatives. OVESCO recently raised over £300,000 to set up the UK's first 'community solar power station', and Bath and West Community Energy over £700,000 in their community share option. What are the essential ingredients in planning a community energy company, where to start and where could it all go?
